eServices
was created for non-profit organizations. eServices provides non-profit
organizations membership with the service of registering and paying
for events on-line. Once your non-profit organization is registered
with the eServices Corporation, you can use our form generator to customize
a registration form to fit your particular needs. We provide the lowest
cost service of this kind on the Internet.
What services does eServices offer?
eServices provides non-profit organizations and their membership base with
the ability to pay dues or register and pay for events on-line.
What
kinds of goods and merchandise can I sell through eServices?
eServices
does not offer non-profit organizations the ability to sell goods or
merchandise. We do not offer fulfillment for tangible goods and merchandise.

can use eServices?
Do I have to have my own Web site to use the service?
No, you do not need to have your own Web site to utilize our service.
You can generate a form and provide the link to your membership through
other means such as email. Each form you generate will have its own
unique internet address.
Do I need a merchant processor to use eServices?
Yes, eServices is set-up to work with PayPal and AuthorizeNet web based merchant services.

much does eServices cost?
Take a look at our fee
schedule and see for yourself that we provide the lowest
cost service of this kind on the Internet. We do not charge your organization
for the form generation or for hosting services.
Is
there a registration fee? Is there a monthly fee?
No, there are no registration fees or monthly maintenance fees.
Are there any charges for inactivity of my account?
No, there
are no monthly maintenance fees. Inactive forms will be deleted after
six months of no activity.
Setup
How
do I sign up?
New account setup is simple and easy. Provide us with some contact information,
choose a username and password, and print the ACH authorization form
and you are ready to go!
When
will my account be activated?
The entire eServices network is available to you immediately following
account registration. A unique eServices identification number will be
emailed to you when you register an account, you will need this number
the first time you login.
How
long will it take to set up my Web site to accept credit card payments
using eServices?
If your organization already has a PayPal account, you can immediately start taking payments by entering your payPal User ID into your eServices profile.
What
software / hardware / setup do I need to do to use eServices?
Access to the Internet is all that is required.
Can you process transactions using my existing merchant ID?
Yes, if you have an AuthorizeNet account to provide web based authorization.
Do I need to know HTML to set up my Web site to accept payment?
No. Simply cut and paste the internet address from the "Links" selection for the form into your website as a hyperlink.
How
do I test my Web site once I have set it up?
You have the ability to put any form in "Test" mode at anytime. When
in "Test" mode you can run transactions through without being billed. To test using PayPal you must also setup a PayPal Developer "Sandbox" account. To coordinate other testing please contact

How
can I enable the customer to specify multiple quantities when ordering?
Multiple registrations can be handled from a single registration payment line
by checking the "allow multiple registrations" option when generating a form.

Will
the organization be notified if a transaction is made?
You can turn on email notification by checking the "Email
Confirmation" button on the "Form Attributes" screen.
Fee Collection
When
are organizations billed for the fees?
Organizations will be billed at the end of the month for all activity during the previous month
How does eServices withdraw funds to your bank
account?
eServices will
withdrawal the funds directly from your bank account by utilizing an ACH
transaction.

Where
do I find my bank account and ABA routing info.?
Your bank account and routing info. can be found on any one of you organization's
checks as shown in the following illustration:

with your eServices account
I
forgot my password and user name, what do I do?
Simply go to the member login screen, enter your email address and
click the "Go" button.
I
can't log in! Help!
If this is your first login, be sure that you have entered the
password that was emailed to you correctly. Be sure there are no extra
spaces at the end of the password if you copied it from the email. If you continue to
have problems, contact us at 1-877-866-4848.
Can
I make changes to an existing registration form?
Yes, you can edit your forms at anytime by simply clicking the "Edit"
button from your home page. You can also copy, delete and view your form
from the home page.
When viewing form data what are the possible
values in the status field and what do they mean?
When viewing form data each record will have a status. The
possible values are:
Approved: The transaction was accepted.
This means that the registrant successfully completed the entire form
submission process. An approved transaction signifies that the
registrant completed the payment process with a valid credit card or
checking account number or that a zero dollar submission was
successfully registered.
Pending: The transaction was not completed. This typically
signifies that the user chose not to complete the payment portion of the
transaction.
Declined:
The transaction was rejected. This typically signifies that the user
attempted to complete the payment portion but the transaction was denied.
